Who: Mission Pro Wrestling: “Bangerz Only”

When: April 2nd, 2022. 3pm to 5pm

Where: Fair Park in Dallas, TX.

Looking to somehow top the fireworks of “No Debes Jugar,” the All-Female Pro Wrestling company has a card sure to turn even more heads, with “Bangerz Only.” This will be an affiliated event with Game Changer Wrestling, and is sure to propel the skyrocketing company even further into the stratosphere.

I live-tweeted about No Debes on Twitter, and I spoke too soon, saying it was the “most stacked women’s card ever.” The Thunder Rosa owned company has some familiar faces from the MPW scene, as well as some exciting first timers that will most certainly be the price of admission.

Veda Scott

The event will feature Veda Scott, making her debut on commentary. Veda is a well travelled wrestler, staking her claim in such companies as TNA, Ring of Honor, and Shimmer, and is sure to delight the audience.

CONFIRMED MATCHES:

Thunder Rosa (left) & Trish Adora (right)

Thunder Rosa vs Trish Adora

Trish Adora is making her debut in MPW, and unfortunately, this will not be a walk in the park, as she’s going up against the queen, the icon, the legend, The Unstoppable Thunder Rosa. I had the pleasure of watching Trish live last month at a Glory Pro Wrestling event, against Tootie Lynn. She flies on all cylinders, and her rugby background is well felt. She will give La Mera Mera a run for her money, and will prove not to be a stepping stone.

Masha (left) Lindsay (right)

Masha Slamovich vs Lindsay Snow

The Russian Dynamite looks to thwart the return of Lindsay Snow. At only 23, Masha has the rare combination of power mixed with high flying ability. (Her diving headbutt is a delight to watch.) After taking most of 2021 off, the Jay Lethal-trained Brazilian jiu-jitsu specialist will look to overcome Masha’s novel-length skillset. Will Lindsay’s martial arts be enough to take down the Skinripper?

La Rosa Negra (left) Jody Threat (right)

La Rosa Negra vs Jody Threat

La Abusadora is coming off 3 losses this year, none of which to be laughed at. 2 to Thunder Rosa, and one this past weekend in her 3 way match with Holidead and Jazmin Allure. Rose is an absolute ball of fire, and her energy is matched by few. “The Wild Child” herself just put on an exhausting/seat of your couch match that same night, ending in a draw against Janai Kai. She likes to get her hands dirty as well, and can hit a vicious spear whenever the time is right. This will have a main event feel, and could steal the show.

Tag Match: The Hex (Allisin Kay/Marti Belle) & Laynie Luck vs The Renegade Twins & Jazmin Allure

-There is some MAJOR heat here, following No Debes Jugar. After the Renegade Twins interfered to help Jazmin Allure win the title, Laynie Luck pulled Allure out at the finish, securing a win for Holidead. This debut for the Hex might not go as planned, but I’m excited to see how the animosity plays out, and what the Hex bring to the table.

Bougie Reality & KiLynn King/Jennacide

Tag Match: Bougie Reality (Madi Wrenkowski/Rache Chanel) vs Kilynn King & Jennacide

This match has it all. KiLynn King is one of the busiest, and frankly best wrestlers in the game today. Coming off her win in No Debes Jugar, an impressive victory over Laynie Luck and Riley Shepard, she teams with Jennacide, making her first appearance in MPW of 2022. Bougie Reality are making their second stop in MPW, after beating the Renegade Twins via disqualification. The combination of Madi Wrenkowski and Rache Chanel are fun, unique, and bring an injection of charisma that tag team action needs, and I can’t wait to see them a second time.

Janai Kai (left) Tasha Steelz (right)

Janai Kai vs Tasha Steelz

Coming off her aforementioned time-limit draw battle with Jody Threat, the martial arts specialist is 0-1-1 in MPW, having previously lost to a little-known wrestler by the name of Thunder Rosa. Hashtag, sarcasm. Her first victory opportunity gets NO easier here, as she is facing Tasha Steelz (making her MPW debut) who just happens to be the freshly crowned Impact Knockouts World Champion, upsetting Mickie James in her last singles match. Buckle up.

J.P. Harlow (left) & Allie Katch (right)

Intergender Match: J.P Harlow vs Allie Katch

Immediately after his tough loss to Kaun at “No Debes Jugar,” the egomaniac wasted no time grabbing the mic, and calling out GCW’s Alllie Katch, saying “I Just wanna see if she has the balls to step into the ring with the MAN of Mission Pro.” Take that however you want, but Allie soon after accepted the challenge, setting up this clash. J.P. hasn’t stopped running his mouth either, further taunting The Alley Kat on Twitter, saying “she’s gonna have to use all nine lives to beat me.” Alley is no stranger to challenging men in the ring, with multiple matches with “Bussy,” her tag team with friend, and Indie darling Effy, as well as facing Warhorse and A.J. Grey in recent months in singles competition. This could get ugly.

Holidead (left) & Lufisto (right)

Singles Match for the MPW Championship: Holidead (C) vs LuFisto

Well, hell of a way to make your debut in Mission Pro Wrestling. All LuFisto has to do is grapple with one of the most dangerous women in the game today, Holidead. The Quebec-based wrestler has done it all from Fatal 4-Ways to Death Matches in her illustrious 25 year careeer, but can she overcome the power and prowess of Holidead, who just defeated Jazmin Allure and La Rosa Negra at No Debes Jugar? Holidead has been champ since late October of ’21, and I can promise she will do all she can to retain her belt. The First Lady of Hardcore has her work cut out for her, and sign me up.
